The Murasakino sisters ran through the village, Sorano in the lead with a large grin on her face. Raku fallowed behind in what seemed like an attempt to grab her twin sister.
"S-Sorano! Please! I'm begging you don't!" She shouted at her sister who only laughed and stuck her tongue out. The two continued the cat and mouse game until Sorano came to a sudden halt, Raku running into her back side and falling to the ground.
"What's going on here?" The sound of the voice caused Raku to panic as she stood up real quickly. She stood beside her sister who was a frozen statue as they stood before the Kages brother, Kankuro. Both the girls had a major crush on the guy, but never fought each other over him. Kankuro raised a brow as the two remained silent, Sorano remained a statue and Raku was looking away, messing with the bottom of her shirt. He sighed, knowing he may not be able to get anything out of the two, but to his surprise Raku answered first.
"S-Sorano was off to a-ask for per-permission to leave the Village to g-go to the leaf." Raku was a very intelligent girl, and when she stuttered more then the first word, she normally was hiding something, and almost everyone knew this. Sorano slowly began moving as she glanced at her sister. It appeared she had completely forgotten what she was doing in the first place.
"And why do you want to go to the leaf so bad?" His brow rose again as he looked at Sorano this time. She laughed nervously and began rubbing her head.
"You see." Thinking quick, she grabbed her sister in an arm lock and pointed to her. "Raku here has been meaning to tell you something. Oh yes, something very important!" She rushed the last part, not giving them time to even argue before darting off the other direction, leaving her sister in shock. She couldn’t believe it, her sister left her wide open.. Kankuro mentally slapped him-self as it was always obvious when Sorano liked someone. She may have the rough personality and even a boy-like personality, but she was very shy and intimidated when it came to being around her crush.
"S-Sorano!" Raku shouted towards the direction her sister disappeared to. She stood there shocked, red faced with embarrassment, and turned around to meet Kankuros 'not very pleased' eyes. She quivered as the negative looks people gave her would always put her down. She hung her head and sighed softly, rubbing her arm anxiously.
"You know, it's hard to really understand you two. You're normally the shy one, but everything makes sense. When you guys switch hands, its hard to make sense, especially your sister since she's more outgoing and cocky." Kankuro sighed as he, and everyone else, knew Sorano liked him. It was obvious. He just never knew Raku liked him as-well as her actions towards her crushes were much harder to read, seeing as she responded to everyone the same.
Kankuro gently lifted Rakus face to look at him. Barely able to get the color to go away, her face flushed red again as she inhaled sharply and held her breath for awhile.
"Who does Raku like? Someone in the leaf?" Her face turned even more red as his face got closer with the words. He grinned, making it even harder for her to hold her composure. Raku was a quiet girl who was very easy to get along with. She always forgave people to easily, but never allowed them too close once they broke her trust. Children adored her personality as she was always giving and never expecting anything in return. She always gave a lending hand when ever it was needed, unlike her sister.
"Kankuro, Leave the poor girl alone." Kankuro softly huffed, letting go of Rakus face and turned to find Gaara standing not to far from them. Kankuro only half chuckled before looking back at Raku who was covering her beat red face with her hands. If she hadn't remained mute, she definitely would have made a loud squeal.
"I'll get it out of her one of these days. Hell, we can just assume she likes everyone." Kankuro lightly laughed again. Raku looked out from between her fingers, still not saying a word. She wouldn’t mind, as long as no one found out the truth.
"Or she just doesn't like anyone, plain." Gaara added. Raku never held a grudge against anyone and reacted to everyone the same. If three different guys were to pick her up and hold her, she would react with a blushed face and a hushed voice. It made it hard for anyone to read her. Kidnappers have the most joy with her as it takes her awhile to master up the courage to fight back. Kankuro shrugged and patted her head before leaving. Removing her hands, Raku noticed Gaara still standing in his place. "Care to join me?" He asked her, not even wait for a response before he started walking off. Raku silently followed and matched his pace once beside him, hands behind her back.
"W-why does Kankuro want to know so badly wh-who I like?" The two took a small stroll through the village, hoping he was there to rescue her from his brothers blunt behavior. She took slightly notice that she was now roughly Gaaras height, if not a little shorter still before turning her attention to the ground. The silence of the evening was the only sound as Gaara remained silent. Raku glanced up at him as his expression remained the same as he looked forward.
"Everyone wants to know, but we're all not like Kankuro and going to force it out of you." He glanced at her seeing her turn away again, avoiding eye contact best she could. "You're hard to read Raku." She nodded in agreement, but she wasn’t the only one. It was how she grew up when Sorano and her parents died. She looked after Sorano and felt she never was good enough as Sorano grew up to be such a rebel. Emotions cloud your thinking and if you were easy to read, everyone would know your weakness. That very much so could be proven between the sisters as everyone knew Soranos weakness for certain foods, people, and even sounds, but not Raku. That’s how she saw and preferred it anyways.
Gaara suddenly stopped walking. Raku stopped a few inches ahead and looked back at him, only to feel his hand graze her cheek. Their faces were only inches away, as if Gaara was picking up where Kankuro left off. Her face turned a dark red as she held her breath once again.
"Tell me, Raku. Who is it you like?" He asked so kindly, but her heart started throbbing. She opened her mouth, only to close it again.
"Well, well, well.... Imagine that." Gaara and Raku turned to find Kankuro standing, his arms crossed as he looked at the two, Gaara taking his hand back. Rakus first thoughts were that he came to the rescue, only to find out he and Gaara had made this plan together. Kankuro walked towards the two and gently grabbed Rakus arm, softly pulling her towards him. It caught her off guard as she expected a more rough approach. "Tell me Raku, who is it?"
Gaara placed his hand beside her head, pinned her against the wall she had no idea was behind her now. Both men had her escape routes closed off, both peering at her wanting answers. Was this a dream? It had to be. "Just tell us who." Rakus heart was throbbing like no other as Kankuro closed in closer on her side. At this point she had no room to escape or object, even the wall seemed to want to know her secrets. She bit down on her lip, holding back the urge to tell them with every ounce of willpower she had. They both looked at her, eyes eager to know who the heart throb guy Raku liked. Many would consider him lucky, if it was a guy that is. Her blood was rushing so fast, Raku began feeling more faint as the blood rushed from her face. Once everything started turning fuzzy, she realized the twos expression wasn’t because she was silent, but shock as they were ill-prepared to catch her. Within seconds, Raku was unconscious and caught by the ground as the two looked to each other, asking why the other didn’t catch her. Opps.

Several hours passed before she woke up to find her-self in her room with her sister fast asleep beside her. Sorano stirred and open her eyes to see her sister finally awake.
"Hey, how ya feeling?" She asked Raku as she stretched across the bed, nearly shoving Raku off.
"I-I'm okay. W-what happened?" Sorano looked at her sister and smiled as she began playing with her sisters long, purple hair. For some reason, it was always softer then hers, and she loved playing with it.
"Oh Gaara and Kankuro returned you home. Said you blacked out for no reason." Raku face turned pink, remembering the two gaining up on her. Her hands covered her face causing Sorano to laugh. "That wasn't it was it?" She asked as she sat up, placing her sister hair over her shoulder. Raku shook her head and removed her hands looking at the wall.
"T-they cornered me, t-trying to get me to t-tell them." Sorano looked shocked at first before bursting into an uncontrollable laughter. "I-it's n-not f-funny Sorano!" Her face was a beat red as her sister seemed to be dying of laughter. Sorano grabbed her stomach and wiped away a few tears that streamed down her face. Raku was not only embarrassed but a little flustered and mad to say the least.
"Imagine that! You almost got raped by the two hottest ninjas in the Sand village! Kage included!" She couldn’t contain her laughter as she not only blurted out those words, but very loudly. Raku hushed her sister, looking around before trying to cover Soranos mouth. She only really liked one of the two, but Sorano on the other hand also had a thing for Gaara. Instead of being angry like any other girl would be if she found out her two crushes had gang up on her friend, Sorano laughed knowing Raku would have never allowed them to get that far. The two would never hold a grudge against each other if something were to happen to where their crush ended up liking the other sister. They knew life would never give them what they wanted, and they were content knowing that.
"It's not funny Sorano!" Raku shoved her sister off the bed as she buried her face into her pillow, praying the bed would just consume her like a hungry beast. Sorano eventually controlled her laughter and poked her sisters side.
"Should I go tell them? Maybe then you won't get raped." Her laughter started up again. It honestly was not their intentions, Sorano just liked making things worse off then they really were. She was the only person who knew who Raku liked, I mean, who else but your twin. "Intelligent girls like intelligent boys~!" She stopped laughing only to be smacked in the face with Rakus pillow. Now Raku began throwing things at her sister as she continued laughing.
"S-SORANO!"
This would be like, shippuden time frame of course. A somewhat typical day in suna, other then the brothers teaming up on the twins.

Gaara is a bit out of character, but lets just say Kankuro probably talked him into it.
